I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment well in advance for an important occasion—a graduation—and arrived at the salon only to find it completely closed. No phone call, no text message, no email, and absolutely no consideration for my time or the significance of the event I was preparing for. After waiting and trying to reach someone, I finally got an answer more than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Not only was there no explanation for why the salon was closed during business hours with appointments scheduled, but the person who answered the phone did not even have the decency to offer a sincere apology. It is shocking that a business would leave such an irresponsible person in charge of managing appointments and customer commitments. A graduation is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, and because of their negligence, I was left scrambling at the last minute to find an alternative. Customer service starts with respecting people’s time and honoring commitments. Unfortunately, this salon failed on every level. I cannot recommend a business that demonstrates such a lack of responsibility, professionalism, and basic courtesy toward its customers. Very disappointing experience.

I can’t say enough great things about Andres and the entire team at Vanity Beauty Hair Salon! Every time I leave his chair, my hair looks absolutely flawless. Andres is a true professional—his attention to detail, skill, and passion for what he does always shine through. He not only brought my hair back to the perfect color I wanted, but he also keeps it looking healthy and vibrant. Beyond his talent, what really sets Andres apart is his thoughtfulness and communication. If he’s ever running behind (which happens in any busy salon), he always keeps me informed, which I truly appreciate. It shows how much he values his clients’ time. The entire salon staff is also incredibly welcoming and pleasant, making every visit such a great experience. If you’re looking for a hairstylist who genuinely cares, listens to what you want, and delivers amazing results every time, Andres is the one! Highly recommend Vanity Beauty Hair Salon!

I highly recommend Art and Beauty. Evelin my hairstylist is extremely professional, very detail-oriented, and always courteous. She stays prompt and organized with her appointments, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a great overall experience. The salon itself is beautiful inside, with excellent hospitality — they even offer coffee and free Wi-Fi, which makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, a fantastic experience every time, and I would definitely recommend Art and Beauty to anyone looking for quality service.

My experience with Sonia was amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and even went back to add more toner when I wasn’t 100% happy with the color once we started blow drying. The time and attention and the price were all amazing, 10/10 recommend this place. I will definitely be back!
